It is the amount outstanding for repayments.

Interest rate

Total interest paid calculation is based on the interest rate provided/specified.

Annual fee

Annual fee is charged once a year for credit card and may added with the remaining outstanding balance if any. The minimum repayment time and faster repayment time are influenced by the annual fee. The annual fee may differ for different institutes.

Min repayment allowed ($)

Minimum repayment is the least amount needs to be paid by the monthly due date and may differ for different institutes

Min repayment allowed (%)

It is the percentage of the closing balance allowed to make minimum monthly repayment, based on the card balance and may differ for different institutes.

Make a higher repayment

Higher repayment is the monthly payment amount more than minimum monthly repayment, which in turns can pay off the credit card dues faster and pay less interest. The calculator assumes that higher repayment amount paid remains constant for each month.
</AssumptionText>
Note: The results from this calculator should be used as an indication only.
